

Statement of Purpose
The statement of purpose helps develop your mission by identifying
what services/products your business provides, how it produces them,
and what individuals receive or buy the products/services.
The statement of purpose will be used as a framework that can
help us begin our next step; The Business Plan.
Description of business. The business plan begins by repeating the information identified during the statement of purpose and elaborates giving detailed descriptions of your product/service including production, employee needs, responsibilities, business leadership, and why you choose to operate this business.
Competition.
A comprehensive identification of who your competition is,
how they , their demographics, and the prices they offer to help you
set competitive rates.
Financial. A financial proposal outlining your financial plans and goals including financing, cost, income projections, and operations. Information included in the section includes loan applications, supply list, equipment list, balance sheet, and details on how you plan to monitor financial goals and projections (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Marketing.
A full description of your advertising budget and how you
plan to market your business.
Marketing includes a demographic, trend, competitor’s, and
cost analysis showing how you identified a target audience, how you
plan to reach them, and why.
Operating Procedures. The procedures you use to operate including the development of a employee handbook or guidelines explaining all departments, their responsibilities, and the businesses chain of command.
Growth Plan. This section includes you plan for future growth and attempts to set benchmarks that when reached signify an ability to advance to a next level of growth.
Appendix.
The appendix includes any documentation or forms you refer to
during the business plan.
