Researching the potential of a new business in a target market is one of the most important aspects of success.  The process involves numerous parts and timetables helping to answer your most important question; will your business be successful?  Each step contains different functions that together present a picture of who your competitors are, the market rates in the area, demographics, locations, and financial projections. 
The Research Process

A)    Description of business.  The description includes the businesses mission, what the business provides, how, and what individuals receive/buy the service/products. 

B)    Competition.  A comprehensive identification of who your competition is, how many exist, and the prices they offer.  In addition, we include the locations of these business, financial information, demographics, marketing strategies, longevity, and size.  

C)    Customers.  We will conduct interviews, surveys, focus groups, and test market demos if requested. 

D)    Marketing Strategy.  A full description of marketing possibilities based on how you plan to advertise your business.  We will use the customer's and competitor's information gathered above and include news about your industry, and marketing options to formulate a plan showing you data on your target audience and the expenses involved in reaching them.         

E)    Financial.  A financial proposal concerning your financial goals including cost for locations, rates of local suppliers, supplies, equipment, business taxes and fees, and earnings projections based on the markets rates.  Growing America is not qualified to offer any financial advice.  We simply estimate what you cost and earnings should be.       

F)     Analysis.  This section includes a brief summery from each section and an overall review of your business.

G)  Appendix.  The appendix includes any data, documentation, and forms used during the research process.
